How to fix LockPanel app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LockPanel app on iPhone
Update LockPanel app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LockPanel iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LockPanel on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LockPanel network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LockPanel Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LockPanel not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LockPanel App
1. On android, goto Settings » LockPanel » click [Force Stop]

Update LockPanel to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LockPanel App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LockPanel » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LockPanel.

Fix LockPanel unable to contact server/ LockPanel internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LockPanel » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LockPanel » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch LockPanel
