Horrible product/customer service

I downloaded this app very optimistic with some of the reviews and videos I saw speaking to its convenience and how easy it was. I never got to make a transfer from my US bank because the instructions DolarApp offered didn’t cover the questions the bank (BofA) were asking me. There is no real customer service person to assist you nor do they at least have a blog with other customers where we can speak on these issues. I had as much hope in this app as to request the card they offer and that never even arrived. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if this ended up being some fraud scheme.
Slow transfers

How come an ACH takes 6 business days to arrive!? 1st time I used the app was so fast. They changed the bank and now it will probably take 10 days to see the money. I’m not using them anymore. I will probably try to find another fast service. And I would be a great user but this timeframe is ridiculous.
Not useful if not resident of Argentina

US Citizen living abroad and looking for convenient apps to transfer money to friends in Colombia, Mexico and Argentina as advertised. Couldn’t do so without residency in Argentina. No option to change country of residence to try other countries. I imagine this app only serves a niche market. Have had much better experiences with Remitly and Xoom.
