MyADT will not allow me to access smile account. My login and password information is correct and I can access my account through my browser of my computer or iPad. That’s flaws in MyADT and I hope that you would find out what it is. In the meantime, I will not attempt to access my account through MyADT again. 15th.

Can’t log in
I’m not the only customer who can’t log on to MyADT but can log on to the ADT website. Is there a reason why?
Can’t log in to pay my bill. My user name is not recognized, husbands user name not recognized. It is totally ridiculous. Deleted app and started over. Still no luck. No luck using my e mail to reset my passcode that I know is right. Not very happy!
I see I not the only one who can sign into ADT website fine but not once have been able to sign into this sorry app.

Can’t log into account user id or password not recognized please try again later. Absolutely ridiculous you need a better app.
MyADT will did not allow me to log in with my this app portal credentials and I’m worried that it might just be out here to collect credentials. I changed my credentials after trying to log in with MyADT.
Tried 4 times to login. MyADT kept saying login in wrong. Deleted MyADT and started again same thing.
I attempted to register my account and the only options for country/region to select in the mandatory field were United Kingdom and Ireland.
I can’t register to monitor my account for the US address where my service is???
For months MyADT won’t let you log in to view your bill. Even the website on a desktop shows the same error codes.
Worthless. Our log in and password hasn’t changed for awhile, but couldn’t log into MyADT. Also couldn’t receive a new password email after several attempts.
In about 20 minutes on the phone with customer service, I learned ‘no App’ any longer, only URL. ADT Control, yes, “this app”, no. Type in ‘this app.com’ using your UN and PW.
