Made a request for a refund nearly 2 months ago.......to this day, no refund and they no longer answer my emails.....legal action on the way!

I have been trying to setup an account for over a week. The app keeps giving me a message of invalid password, even though I have never setup an account before. I have tried the other way of have a password reset done and still nothing. I sent an email to the customer service email address for guidance and received a message that the emails are blocked.

I love the idea, concept and the very real opportunity to build generational wealth; however, that usually starts with a small seed. As such, I’ve had a few small issues even with my small seeds that I’m working with Customer Support on currently.
Email is proving to be a slow moving process in getting resolution when changes in the crypto market can move very fast and move very far. Funding my account initially had an issue but I was able to fund BUT now I’m having issues again with the app.
My hope was to use the app frequently enough to fund, purchase and sell bitcoin with small amounts to build my confidence this app BUT I’m not having a consistent experience and email resolution to support inquiries is painfully slow when you are excited to use this product in a market that move so fast.
Start slow is my recommendation - A/B test with another brokerage and digital wallet to compare

Opened a new account. Logged in than logged out to confirm future access. Once I logged out could not log back in. Sent several emails but only got generic responses and no password reset options. I gave out personal information to open this account. Now I’m a little nervous about who’s in control of it. I want this to be successful but customer service should always be the cornerstone. Right now it’s not.
