I love the idea, concept and the very real opportunity to build generational wealth; however, that usually starts with a small seed. As such, I’ve had a few small issues even with my small seeds that I’m working with Customer Support on currently.
Email is proving to be a slow moving process in getting resolution when changes in the crypto market can move very fast and move very far. Funding my account initially had an issue but I was able to fund BUT now I’m having issues again with TheBlackWallStreet .
My hope was to use TheBlackWallStreet frequently enough to fund, purchase and sell bitcoin with small amounts to build my confidence TheBlackWallStreet BUT I’m not having a consistent experience and email resolution to support inquiries is painfully slow when you are excited to use this product in a market that move so fast.
Start slow is my recommendation - A/B test with another brokerage and digital wallet to compare
