About: The Vision
The Black Wall Street Digital Wallet aims to empower the
financially-excluded & confront the racial wealth gap, in remembrance of the
race-fueled Tulsa Massacre in Oklahoma's Greenwood district on May 31st,
1921.
The Goal
Our goal is to give the Black community a gateway into the
digital transformation of investing and provide education in Bitcoin & other
cryptocurrencies.

What is The Black Wall Street? The Black Wall Street Digital Wallet is an app that aims to empower the financially-excluded and confront the racial wealth gap by providing education in Bitcoin and other cryptocurrencies. The app is founded by Hill Harper and Najah Roberts, who believe in economic justice and the power of Bitcoin as a form of reparations and a cross-generational wealth builder.

I love the idea, concept and the very real opportunity to build generational wealth; however, that usually starts with a small seed. As such, I’ve had a few small issues even with my small seeds that I’m working with Customer Support on currently.
Email is proving to be a slow moving process in getting resolution when changes in the crypto market can move very fast and move very far. Funding my account initially had an issue but I was able to fund BUT now I’m having issues again with TheBlackWallStreet .
My hope was to use TheBlackWallStreet frequently enough to fund, purchase and sell bitcoin with small amounts to build my confidence TheBlackWallStreet BUT I’m not having a consistent experience and email resolution to support inquiries is painfully slow when you are excited to use this product in a market that move so fast.
Start slow is my recommendation - A/B test with another brokerage and digital wallet to compare

I have been trying to setup an account since yesterday. TheBlackWallStreet keeps giving me a message of invalid password, even though I have never setup an account before. I have tried the other way of have a password reset done and still nothing. I sent an email to the customer service email address for guidance and received a message that the emails are blocked.

Opened a new account. Logged in than logged out to confirm future access. Once I logged out could not log back in. Sent several emails but only got generic responses and no password reset options. I gave out personal information to open this account. Now I’m a little nervous about who’s in control of it. I want this to be successful but customer service should always be the cornerstone. Right now it’s not.

Glad I only deposited $10 on TheBlackWallStreet it took several days to become authorized. 24+hrs to connect my bank then 8-13 business days for funds to settle which btw still have not. Other apps give me a credit for what I transfer from my bank in good faith but I’m not getting that here.. I was planning on dropping $5 a day into Bitcoin but I can’t even do that ..
