Don’t not communicate with their customer service they are all scammers beware they will lead you on to find out your information just to rob you later. They are scammers just another update to let you guys know customer service will rob you. Scammer alert scammers alert. I’m just letting you know. Do not fall for the 30 day. Wait for anything they tell you. Whatever you ask them they’re gonna tell you you must wait 30 days. Just to find out that there is nothing you’re waiting for. It’s just a bunch of scammers.

So downloaded PionexUS , super easy and deposited only $100 to test it out. Made like $14 within 1 month of using a bot. Super fun, right? Wrong! Well it shows that I have $114 (I have closed and ended all bots), after 2 weeks it shows that that I have $105, so first of all not sure why my money value went down? Secondly, I can only withdraw half of it, the other half is not even showing!!! Third, the cost of taking your money is like $12 for $45 (Big Scam), and last but not least, there are nowhere that you can click to find out what’s going on to get help. So be aware. When you use PionexUS, consider it as a slot machine where you will lose money and no returns.

I downloaded PionexUS and then started reading the reviews. So many talking about how easy it is to make a deposit but withdrawals are difficult at the very least. I think I’ll just pass on this. I’ve found that the longer these company’s hold your money the more they make. They should be required to pay interest when they hold your money.
FYI everyone seemed to love the bots but actually withdrawing their money is where the problem came in. Let’s face it that’s what we are here for.

I invested over $100,000 into Pionex and was told that if I modified my investment that they would keep all of my money. I have never been confronted like this before in my life and it was similar to being confronted by a bunch of mobsters. Anyway if I were you I would not come close to this company. I was dealing with the Pionex that does business out of China initially and they actually threatened me. It was very unsettling. If you are American I would highly discourage you from investing in this company. They are Chinese and they hate Americans. Just my personal experience

I tried to transfer XRP to PionexUS and it failed and I lost my XRP. Trying to get it back and had to pay 31usdt and now I’m being told I have to wait 30 business days to get it back. I fell like I’m being scammed. Stick with the trusted apps.
Update: they supposedly returned my xrp however it’s not in my account. After multiple times trying to tell them the address they said it would be sent back to was not mine and gave them my xrp address. Don’t trust PionexUS. It’s a scam. I’m out 350 in xrp and 31usdt. Not worth it.

I recently used PionexUS and I was terribly disappointed with my experience. My trading bot lost money. That’s right the bot got me Negative Returns. The bot has been running since May 2021, no positive return and I’m probably screwed tax wise since I can’t access the account to see my tax info. The company behind PionexUS is clearly fraudulent, as their promises were not met and their customer service was unresponsive. In addition, when I tried to get a refund for the coin that is stuck in the account, they refused to cooperate. This has been an extremely frustrating ordeal that could have easily been avoided if the company had acted in a more responsible manner. Avoid Pionex app at all costs! Truly believe Pionex intentions is to take our money and lock our accounts once we fund them. Scam artist, Apple need to remove them from PionexUS Store.

You can’t sell all of your bitcoin because the calculator only has so many zeros, your portfolio doesn’t show everything you own, navigation is rocket science, bot creation is not as simple as claimed, to deposit money is instant, withdrawal takes days and doesn’t even have the option to send funds back to your debit card you used to send the money to start with, and the fees are ridiculously expensive, it cost $12 to get your money back, I invested a $100 to try out the platform, it took $3 at the beginning and $12 to cash out, meme coins don’t show up in your portfolio! All in all this platform is not for those looking to start small and work your way up, you have to invest tons of money and there’s no guarantee the bot will make you a profit, and with the bot being so complicated to create it’s not worth it!

Everything you can imagine. Displaying incorrect account balances, not binding Google 2FA, payment methods going down for “maintenance”, not being able to send Crypto to other wallets, just to be told “Check your account balance” by the support.

I’m giving it two stars because the bots are awesome, but I’m so afraid my money will get stuck in PionexUS that I’m refusing to use it until they fix it.

PionexUS lets you buy usd for trading but you cannot swap any crypto for usd. When you try it only allows you to convert to usdt. A bit of a pain when you have a bit trading usd and send some usdc over from another account to invest more just to figure out after several transactions fees and slip loss to figure out it won’t let you convert to usd. So after closing one bot down and converting everything to Usdt I finally have all my funds consolidated to one bot. So far am pretty pleased with PionexUS .

I really like the BTC/USD bitcoin moon bot but remember the trend is your friend. Don’t open a long position on a bot in a market that is trending down because you will get negative returns. If you can catch a up trending market at support open a position and let it run until the market turns you will be pleased with the outcome.

Pionex is amazing and super easy to use! I have been using the bots with Bitcoin/USD and making nice gains. Sit back and watch your account grow and grow. The grid bots are my favorite and have been earning me extra income. I will stick with Pionex over all other platforms now and into the future.

Good platform great customer service however on deposits and cash withdrawal they to simplify its methods more times the ach deposits are on maintainance withdrawals to bank needs to be keep on file instead having to fill in the same information every time you need to do a withdrawal

If you don’t know what you’re doing you might get scammed. Every transaction is manually approved by a team (you don’t own the crypto or the wallet, they approve/deny withdrawals). They do not appropriately track the transaction status so if a transaction fails on withdrawal you are stuck waiting on a team to get back to you so you can retry the transaction. If it was a self custody wallet, you wouldn’t have this issue. You would know instantly. The fact you need approval from them in order to withdraw or transfer is very suspicious. It has been 8 hours waiting for a SOLANA transfer (seconds normally) so I did some investigating.
