How to fix KicksCrew app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the KicksCrew app on iPhone
Update KicksCrew app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall KicksCrew iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix KicksCrew on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve KicksCrew network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

KicksCrew Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix KicksCrew not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the KicksCrew App
1. On android, goto Settings » KicksCrew » click [Force Stop]

Update KicksCrew to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear KicksCrew App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » KicksCrew » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart KicksCrew.

Fix KicksCrew unable to contact server/ KicksCrew internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click KicksCrew » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto KicksCrew » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch KicksCrew
