Close and restart the Gymshark app on iPhone
Update Gymshark app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Gymshark iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Gymshark on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Gymshark network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Force Stop the Gymshark App
1. On android, goto Settings » Gymshark » click [Force Stop]

Update Gymshark to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Gymshark App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Gymshark » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Gymshark.

Fix Gymshark unable to contact server/ Gymshark internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Gymshark » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Gymshark » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Gymshark
