The My SmartBike app by MAHLE is designed to enhance your e-bike riding experience by using your smartphone as the interface to your bicycle. The app allows you to connect with your e-bike, adjust your preferences, customize motor maps, record your activities, access statistics, see bike location, and more. Additionally, the web app provides detailed information and a dynamic experience to analyze your routes in detail and graphically compare data.

Our application is designed to help tune, customize e-bike performance and enjoy your trips. Connect with your e-bike and adjust your preferences, customize motor maps to adapt the MAHLE SmartBike System to your personal necessities, remaining batteries, record your activities, have access to statistics, see bike location and more. If you need detailed information and a dynamic experience, our web app (www.my-smartbike.com) enables you to analyze the routes in detail and graphically comparing data as elevation, health-related data and exclusive metrics from e-bikes, the tour on maps and share it through third platforms. Functionality: Always linked. Connect quickly with a new e-bike or a previously connected e-bike card. Tune your ride. Configure motor maps of your e-bike, for each assistance level, to always get you the right level of power from your motor. Be fun and start an activity. Are you ready? Start an activity and you will see all the information you need like instant speed, level of assistance, remaining battery, time and distance…and more. Once finished, view extended information about your recorded activities directly on the App or through a web browser. See even more on the Web. On the web, you will analyze your trip with a lot of information and amazing dashboards. Know your Range Extender. The new range extender screen now shows the battery status, battery consumption, range, and assistance information. Get Monthly perspective on your rides. Add and see all your rides in a calendar view. Find your bike. With the new functionality you can find the location where your electric bicycle was last seen. Follow your heart. You can now pair a heart rate band and activate the special assistance mode, where system assistance adapts automatically depending on your heart rate. Share your ride. Upload automatically your ride to Strava. Keep your privacy. Protect your app with biometric authentication such as Face ID or fingerprint detection and also define your private areas (home, garage, office) to protect last mile information if you make your activity public. Ride in dark mode with ease. New app will automatically switch to dark mode to match your phones presets.
