Invaluable home covid test tool during current lifestyle:

I adore OnGo and recommend it to every family. Easy to use, clean displays and give a demo for the On/Go highly sensitive antigen test that gives results in 10 minutes. I love the idea that it stores vaccination passport and all test results of you and family. I have health concern so it’s a boon for me to do the test at home frequently even I have cold or headache. There is always risk associated visiting hospital for test and expensive. My college going daughter will be traveling from NY for the upcoming holidays, she will do a On/Go antigen home test before she start as well as we will be keeping stock of On/Go home Covid tests to follow-up at home. Thank you, it makes our family life to enjoy better without fear of getting covid from near and dear.

Disappointed

My husband bought these tests instead of the over-the-counter tests we normally get. I am highly offended that I was required to get an app and make an account in order to take the test. I am an intelligent adult, fully capable of understanding simple directions for an at home test. These tests came with ZERO instructions in the box. "Get OnGo " was the only instruction I received. I feel like the personal information I had to enter in order to complete download of OnGo and "take the test" (including name, birthdate and zipcode) was too much. I then had to list symptoms, and take a picture of my test results. (Which were negative by the way, as I suspected) This is obviously a way for someone to keep tabs on who feels sick, who is testing, and who tests positive in certain areas. I am a responsible citizen. I have tested, and tested my family, more times than I care to admit just because I want to go the extra mile to keep others safe. I do not need "big brother" standing over my shoulder to make sure I do the tests right, or report results appropriately. I feel like my privacy was invaded, and if I have to buy these tests again - well, I just won't have home tests. I won't be going to urgent care to get tested when I suspect "maybe, but probably not", either so that will mean less symptomatic people tested. Great job, on/go. 🙄

Grateful

We purchased the test at a local grocery store pharmacy, the only brand of test they offered. Original purchase was to have tests on hand as folks gathered at our home for Christmas. I began with a sore throat and drainage a day later so I used one. After following the written instructions AND using OnGo , my eyes could clearly see the negative result but OnGo indicated that the result was inconclusive because ‘test expired’. Confused, I checked the expiration date on the box and it was ok. I could only assume that OnGo thought I waited too long to read the test, which was not the case. I had confidence in my negative test but retested the following day at the prescribed time. This time OnGo read what my eyes saw, so while it felt like a waste of the first attempt I did feel confident to be able to go to work (fully masked while i still had cold symptoms) and not fear risking the health of people I might come in contact with. I like that there are 2 tests in the box for retesting or for others in the household. The timer on OnGo is helpful. Don’t plan to stock up on tests unless you have people to share with because of the short shelf life.

Good app/UI, bad test instructions

While I was a little nervous about giving my health data to this company, I’ve basically given up on data privacy at this point. I liked the UI and clear instructions of OnGo (particularly important since the box of tests I purchased included two sets of Spanish instructions and zero English). However, the instructions themselves led to a wasted test! It clearly and explicitly stated to place three drops of fluid on the test, but that wasn’t enough for the capillary action to actually reach the test window, even on a completely flat surface. It rendered the test unreadable, so I had to use the second test in the box. When it was clear the second test was going to have the same problem, I added an additional 6 drops of fluid. That was enough to get the liquid to reach the test window, and I received a result. But that was a waste of ~$15, since I had to use both tests for a single result. Seems like they need to revisit their instructions to ensure it gets a result.

On/Go is a great asset for those who need an at-home test

I have used the On/Go home test twice. Once to assure my friends that I was clear of infection prior to our annual holiday get-together (we missed last year). We were all so excited to be able to gather in person after almost two years apart.
The second round of tests was prior to travel from Orlando to New York City to be with my sister and family for the holidays. I wanted to make sure that I wasn’t bringing virus into their home as my brother-in-law has health issues. As a bonus we were able to enjoy a holiday party at their home with their friends who were also vaccinated and tested.
The ease to use, accurate On/Go test has been a great blessing to our family.

The best testing experience I’ve ever had!

On/Go was by far the best COVID or any other diagnostic test I’ve ever taken or seen. I got it delivered to my home next day, the process of unboxing and testing was super intuitive and easy from the barcode to the guided digital experience in OnGo , and the time res were very helpful too! And best of all, it took me 45 seconds to set up and I got my results in 10 minutes! I then took the digital passport with my negative results to be able to meet my colleagues at work and then got access to a restaurant that required proof of immunization or current negative tests. I’ve been recommending on/go to all my friends - it’s the #1 COVID test available!

Way too much personal info required

If I had known that I had to give personal information to this company before taking their COVID test, I never would have bought their COVID test. But you have to give them an email, phone number, your first and last name, and birthday before you can use OnGo . Plus it doesn’t even let me use my actual last name, which has an apostrophe in it. It of course doesn’t tell you that—I struggled for five minutes trying to figure out why it wouldn’t let me continue before I realized it was the apostrophe issue. If you’re going to refuse to allow apostrophes in names, despite millions of people in the world having them, the bare minimum you could do is actually say that’s what you’re doing.

We have a moral responsibility to one another to make COVID testing easy, and this company is failing at that responsibility. (In addition to how much they charge for tests, which is fairly obscene to begin with.)

Essential for College Students

Being a college student the on/go kit is absolutely essential to have in the dorm room. Not only is it compact but the set up is short, easy, and user friendly. OnGo also includes the ability to scan your vaccine card in addition to the testing platform. Being able to receive our test results within 10 minutes is a blessing for us students as we often lack the time, resources, and money to get Covid tested whenever we feel unsafe. However, thanks to on/go we can now feel comfortable and continue keeping ourselves, our friends, and family safe!

Great

I was able to find on/go tests when most tests were sold out. I like the packaging a lot (including the packaging of supplies) and the testing itself also seems easier and more self intuitive than some other rapids. I'm only giving it 4 stars instead of 5 because I took a rapid before going to hang out with a friend, it was negative, went out, came home, and the test had turned positive. The instructions say not to view the results after 15 minutes, but I wish they explained why that is so that I could better understand if this was a false positive or not. I took a second test (neg) but am sad I had to waste my second test so soon because of this scare. Overall it's great though!

Privacy Invasion

The test is easy and the instructions are clear, but instead of simply saying how to read the test strip, the company makes you download their app, do the test, and photograph the strip. OnGo then reads the strip for no good reason, since at that point (and only at that point) you’re the one who interprets the letters on the strip based on the answer key they then give you. OnGo makes you enter personal info including your phone number (up to the user whether to fib about the other required info). Once you’ve done the test you don’t need OnGo for future tests, because if you forget the instructions the kit comes with printed ones (which lack the key to reading the test result; C means negative, T means positive – I realized after-the-fact that I could’ve googled this).

Great for testing kids

I have three kids at different schools so we have had a few scares. After several battles with the long swabs that the kids say, “touch my brain” I was told about this on/go and it’s shorter swab. The bonus is the packaging is aesthetically pleasing so my youngest was more agreeable to try it. 😄 Administering it was super easy with significantly less discomfort. I bought a a couple packs to keep on hand. It DOES expire after ~3 months or so but all the brands of tests have a limited shelf life due to FDA regulations. Overall, the kids were happier with this test, which makes this mama’s life easier so I definitely recommend.

Peace of mind and convenient

I am SOOOOO thankful they’ve started providing these!! I have been very sick for a week now. My first at home test on day 2 was negative. Thankful to know that, I’ve been just toughing it out at home. Now a week later I had a turn for the worse last night, did the test again just to rule out a false negative, and it is STILL negative. Grateful to know because it guided my decision to do a telehealth visit with my primary instead of an urgent care, knowing that going to one would expose me to COVID and I don’t now have it. And I don’t need that too!!!! What a useful piece of information to have in my healthcare Arsenal!!

Relief!

Bought it via mail, took about a week, too long but other test were worse for delivery times. Download their app on my phone, and followed easy instructions. Looked at the written ones enclosed as well. Swabbed both nostrils put the q-tip in the solution provided, placed 3 drops in the kit and almost immediately, (although officially you need to wait 10 minutes) the purple line came up on the C. After 10 minutes, no blue line on the T, so my reading was negative for COVID. Easy, quick, and definitely manageable.

Unable to Register

Registration asks for an email and password. Then asks for a phone number for Two-Step Authentication. I put in my valid US mobile number and receive the error “Registration failed. Please try again.”

Running iOS 15.1 on an iPhone 11 Max Pro. Downloaded OnGo today so I know it is the most recent version.

Tried multiple times with same result. Website contact page only asks for contact info without asking what the problem is.

Tried chat but it was laggy. I explained the situation in the chat header and the first support person started by asking what the problem was. After that, canned responses “I’m very sorry for the inconvenience OnGo has caused you and I m willing to help…” as well as “So I can pass the info on to the development team, please tell me the user ID and phone number you’re using” — despite explaining I want registered yet. And no — you’re already trying to data farm me. I’m not giving you my phone number.

I’ll delete OnGo and just use the test data if I ever need to.

App wouldn’t let me register. Support was not helpful. …and now the Developer will likely post a canned response. “We’re sorry for the inconvenience…please contact us at”. No. Nopity nope.

App pooped out at a time that was incredibly inconvenient, and the help I got was a middle finger.

I used OnGo and it’s tests 4 times. The first 3 times; 5 stars. Awesome. I had negative results, and they were documented in a super easy way to prove.

Now, for my 4th test (the last one in my possession!) I’m positive, and it didn’t document it. OnGo is only showing as though I have taken 3 tests. I contacted Joneth about the problem, Via OnGo , and they let me know on the first response that it would be impossible to get my test to show up, and suggested that I simply take another one.

As if I have another one? I was livid when that was the suggestion, because these 4 took me weeks to find and this was my last one.

Now my boss is telling me to go out and get another rapid test (without any insurance) just for the sake of documenting that I actually have it. For the record, not only did I start all of the timers on OnGo in the same correct way as the first 3 successful tests, but I still have the positive test in my possession!

OnGo just farted out at a time that was incredibly inconvenient for me, and the service I got when I asked for help was a middle finger.

Miserable experience- never got my test results!

Wow, I work in tech, so it isn’t like I don’t understand how to use an app. But this experience was awful. I couldn’t log in on my phone, even after reloading OnGo twice! It kept rejecting my valid email addresses. When I tried to get help, I got a bot that just kept telling me to reload OnGo . So I had to use my iPad. But even then, at the critical moment, it would take a successful picture of my results and not allow me to go to the results screen! Then it said I exceeded the time and my results weren’t valid. I had to Google the results to find out if I was positive (because the way they identify results on the indicator is also counterintuitive). I was worried about COVID, but taking this test was more traumatic!

Worked fine for me

I felt a scratchy throat and was scheduled to assist an elderly family friend the next day. No rapid testing available within 100 miles. Headed to Rite Aid and did the two day turnaround test and bought the box of rapid tests. I have an old IPhone, OnGo downloaded and worked properly, but as someone else also commented, the format was large for the phone display and had to click just the edge of buttons. The rapid test was negative as was the one sent to the lab. The rapid test was a source of considerable relief for me!

So convenient!

We've always had easy access to a testing lab for the various COVID tests I have taken in the past, but with work and kids, finding the time to make an appointment and to make it to the appointment has usually been a challenge. I now have a few On/Go test kits at home. So whenever we feel like someone in the family needs a test, we get it done in just 10 minutes. The packaging and visuals also make the process a tad less intimidating, especially for my little ones.

By

Easy to use

The test is a simple process & results are easy to read. Like an IKEA instruction booklet, you should have a diagram w a picture and name of each kit item along with their parts. I wasted my first test because I did not know about the test cassette. It seems simple now, but not so for a newbie. The instructions say to put drops in the vial. I had not opened the cassette package & had no clue what vial the instructions referred to. My only suggestion is to make instructions & diagrams more basic & graphic. Thank you.

Great product design

So easy to use. Very clever and efficient design with the vial that turns into a pipette with the addition of a lid. It was actually kind of fun to do, although my negative result probably helped contribute to my pleasant experience. OnGo allows you to focus on doing the test correctly instead having to keep finding your place on the included paper directions and the timer feature is also very helpful. I would test weekly if I could afford to.

Reunited and it feels so good!

I took the pandemic really seriously because I was working on the front line. In March 2020 my brother had a baby and I was unable to meet him due to the risk I was living with. Thanks to on/go I was able to know that I could see my family without being afraid. I didn’t have to fear when I was hugging my nephew and was able to stay present with him and watch him grow. So grateful for this safe and easy to use test.

The peace of mind we all want!

I’m so thankful for this product and app. Using it couldn’t be any easier and knowing I’m keeping myself and my family and friends safe is something I’ve been missing for the past almost 2 years. It’s definitely become a staple in my day-to-day! I also love that I can order more directly on OnGo , super convenient :)

Back to reality

On/Go is so easy to use. It is very detailed and thorough! I enjoyed the fun entertaining dialogue from beginning to end! On/Go makes you feel alive and vibrant again. It is so informative and I loved the question and answer option to OnGo . I’ve used other covid rapid antigen home tests and On/Go is superior!

I missed hugging my family

I’ve been super COVID safe because my dad is immunocompromised and with On/Go I feel safe enough to finally hug my dad again. I can get my results fast and share them with my parents before I visit. It’s a hug 18 months in the making. Thanks On/Go for making it easy!!

Best covid test experience

I had taken a rapid Covid test that came with a box of instructions - ended up ruining the test because I didn’t do it right.

OnGo here makes it super easy to get it done right the first time around! And I can keep track of all my results. Awesome!

By

Finally something I can trust for me and my kids

I can’t believe it took this long for someone to do this, but the on/go app and test really covers all the bases for my family and me. The directions were so easy and I LOVED the video. I will be using this a lot in the future!

By

Best over the counter product!

This is one of the most intuitive Covid testing solutions out there. Everything is easy to use and I love that I can store my vaccine card photo within OnGo . I no longer have to bring it with me whenever I go!

By

Super cool app

I can only say that this testing app is super cool. It provides easy and clear step-by-step instructions to follow whereas others such as paper instruction can be a bit confusing. The images are also fun to look at.

By

Great App!

Easy to use and packed with helpful Covid info. I already used it to show my Vaccination Shot Record for access to a concert!

By

Love!

Love having OnGo to keep all information in once place. Also, easy to use and will probably test weekly!

By

Buggy

Doesn’t let me make an account — just freezes when I try to make a password. I can’t use the kit at all without OnGo , so what a waste.

Are you kidding ? The verification code never send!

Asking for phone number verification but that code never sent? Are you kidding? Then not able to use this stupid app?
