App hasn’t worked for months. I’ve tried uninstalling then reinstalling. Literally nothing I’ve tried or found online to try works. App is 100% a dud. For healthcare providers, using ezAccess is a disservice to your patients. They deserve better.
Update: The developer says to use the code provided by my doctors office. Assuming ezAccess will do more than close/crash right after being opened, how exactly am I supposed to input a code when ezAccess won’t do anything more than show its logo? When ezAccess actually opens there isn’t a place to input any information at all. I have literally left ezAccess open all night with no luck on somewhere to actually input anything.
Why don’t you please add a Face ID login since it is way easier to login in.
