Sidecar doughnuts are good, that’s NOT the problem. The problem is that there appears to be no one on the back end of this company or SidecarDoughnuts at all. A few weeks ago I accidentally signed out of SidecarDoughnuts . When I couldn’t remember the password I used, I entered my email and clicked the “forgot password”. Immediately SidecarDoughnuts said it was sending me an email. That was three weeks ago and I’ve tried it six more times since then. I’ve never received a single email.
Just now I googled to try and find a phone number to headquarters thinking I could get some help there. The number listed on the Dunn & Bradstreet website goes to a nameless voicemail box. I then called my local (Del Mar) store and was on hold waiting for a human for 25 minutes before I hung up.
The doughnuts are good, the company appears to be completely disorganized and their app and support appears to be useless. Get you act together!
Tried to migrate old loyalty points from old system to app. Downloaded app, enter my information and submitted info. Apparently my phone number is already in used and can’t be migrated (!!!) Makes no sense at all.
got an error message when I tried to use the free doughnut reward so I ended up paying full price for my order. hopefully they work out the bugs.
I downloaded SidecarDoughnuts and entered my information but the submit button doesn’t work. Unable to use SidecarDoughnuts 😞
If you start set up and they already have your phone number you can’t get past that screen.
Giving 3 stars as I’ve bought $40. Gift cards and I cannot get them to their recipients via SidecarDoughnuts! Problem resetting code.
Super frustrating-sent email to support 5 days ago, heard nothing.
Ran out of the knifes and the staff could not find anymore after digging through the storage.
Yay! I’m so glad they came out with an app! Gives me more of an incentive to visit more often.
SidecarDoughnuts makes me want to eat more doughnuts. (5 stars!)
