K-Supreme Plus SMART Experience

After unboxing my new K-Supreme Plus SMART machine, I spent over an hour attempting to connect to Keurig . My machine is connected to my WiFi network, but not to the this app app. I have repeatedly followed the on-screen instructions. Initially, the machine pairs with Keurig successfully, but after selecting my WiFi and entering the correct password, I get a message saying that it was unable to connect. This is not true, as the machine settings displays my network along with the WiFi icon. Ultimately Keurig does not show my machine and asks me to restart the pairing process. Note: I went into settings and disconnected the machine from WiFi but continue to receive the same error message. I even reset the machine to factory settings and started over, but no luck. I had no idea the pairing would be so problematic.

Poor quality

Machine makes great coffee when it works. First one died in 3 months. this app promptly replaced it. Replacement only functions if water reservoir is 2/3 full. I will ask this app to replace it again

Update: I called this app. The agent asked me for the serial number which is on the bottom. I turned the machine upside down to get it and then refilled the reservoir. The machine has worked perfectly ever since. The agent guessed something must have shaken loose in the process that caused it to start working correctly. It’s still making great coffee!

Can’t get to step #3

I was really excited to be invited to be a part of a panel to evaluate the new this app duo. I am at least moderately tech savvy even at 79. I was able to connect the phone and coffee maker, but connecting the this app to my home wi-fi failed every time. I saw that with a rating of 3.4 stars and reading comments, others had problems with connection as well. No info (i.e. iTunes videos)on the internet that applied to the Duo Connected directly. I think the software developer still has some issues to work out with regard to this model. I sadly will be making arrangements to ship this back. In a word: Keurig is crap

Payment is declined/ security alerts

I used several types of payment cards toMake purchases online and in stores. I never have any trouble completing my transactions. However with the this app app, payments are declined repeatedly. I got a text from my bank asking me about this app. Then my personal bank said if payment declines contact them and they would complete this transaction. Credit card. Same story. Reversed charges. Security alerts too. Finally a second debit was tried. No deal. Seems to me it’s way too hard do use the caring app to purchase a coffee maker and accessories.

Buggy Wi-Fi

The brewer itself works very well till you get to the Wi-Fi. Only supports 2G. Everything else in my house is 5G. Every time I want to use Keurig with the brewer I’m forced to switch the Wi-Fi. The inconvenience of having to switch back and forth negates the convenience of Keurig . Probably going to return and get a brewer that just works. The other trouble again related to the Wi-Fi is that it loses connection fairly often and have to go through the pairing process every time this happens.

Confusing to connect to Wi-Fi

Brewer is slower than this app I am replacing. Wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi easily. first it gave instructions that it could not connect to anything but slow 2.4 speed system (I have 5.0). but after several more tries it consented and gave up arguing and connected. however it will only allow a single user so wife and I with separate phones must use the same login. We drink entirely different things made entirely different. bad assumption that this will only be used in single person mode.

Looks like Keurig still needs work. It is very slow overall. Specifically, some things I ran into in my few minutes placing a quick order.
----the Live help button prevents use of next button after page 2 when reviewing rewards.
---- Really do not like that I had to click on the cup description to add to cart if i did not want to create an auto order.
----Did not like that the only place I could 'notify when in stock' was the summary listing and not the detail page.
----App froze the shop portion after transferring back from PayPal (I think it was asking me to review app? I saw qualtrics on the bottom corner) and clicking the offered redirect link did nothing. Oddly, I could click to the settings and account portions of Keurig so it was not fully locked up 🤷🏻‍♀️

No iPad app nor an Apple Watch app? Seriously?

Lazy lazy lazy. Some developers are lazy by not making an iPad or Apple Watch companion app. I don’t have my phone on me first thing in the morning I have my watch on. Why can I not remote brew from my watch!!!??? Also when I’m sitting down in the morning having coffee I have my iPad with me because I read my newspaper online. Why is there not a dedicated iPad app I shouldn’t have to run an iPhone app on my iPad being stretched out and looking like crap!

Questioning my sanity

I love this app usually BUT I am a little disappointed right now. I stupidly spent money on the k Supreme plus smart. I enjoyed it for 1 day before it stopped working with Keurig . Keurig was fixed but the two things I was really excited about no longer work. I schedule my brewer to brew at 6 am it no longer asks at 6am if I want brew and it doesn’t even turn on. Also when I put pod in it no longer does the automatic preset recommendations with the ID.

Cumbersome and Breaks a Lot

I had to set up a new account because the cart on my original account broke and I can’t order anything. I can’t unregister my coffee makers to the new account. Any coffees I want are always out of stock, and they push that Green Mountain swill HARD. Despite all the filters, it still comes up first. But I have bo idea why their revenue is down. (Insert eye roll)

At the same time, when it works, it’s the most cost-efficient way to get my coffee.

Overall great concept and could be better!

I love this app and the options and quality/convenience is brings. But Keurig needs to be made to work faster and not log me out every other time. I’d also like to see it become more than plugging the website and to be more fleshed out. A decent start though.

Love Keurig, not the app

I love this app, but Keurig needs some major upgrading. It was a chore to navigate online and took me a lot longer than it should have in this day and age. With all the amazing Techies around, and with all the success you’ve had (well deserved), you need to get your system upgraded soon! It’s way too cumbersome and not at all intuitive. Thank you.

Super Convenient

The option that this coffee brewer has to remote brew is super convenient and kind of fancy Hahahaha, I work from home and being able to do this from upstairs makes it extremely convenient for me in between calls to get things done as well as make sure that I have the perfect cup next to me!! You can also set it to brew with certain settings so that it brews at the time everyday and at the same temp and strength. It also lets you know there’s a used pod inside so you don’t use it twice.

Unable to Find WiFi - Step #3 Fail

During the initial linking stages, your app shows my 2.4G WiFi network as full-signal strength.

Yet by the time one reaches Step #3, Keurig states there are no networks to connect to, resulting in an inability to complete the linking process to the internet.

Click on the refresh button, still no networks detected.

This is on the iOS version of your app.

This issue has been stated repeatedly by others for several months, and still the same problem.

Returning the brewer tomorrow morning - does not work for some Apple users, possible iOS incompatibility issue?

Smart-brewer & app are great!

I’m loving my new smart-brewer, and Keurig makes it easy to start my cup of coffee up in the morning before I even get downstairs. It is also great in that it keeps track of how much I brew and orders new k-cups as I need them so I never have too many or run out. Great job this app!

Incredible coffee maker and app

The K Supreme Plus Smart is the latest and greatest coffee maker. Keurig is just the cherry on top!
It was very easy to download and connect. I am currently sitting outside and making another great cup of coffee in the kitchen about 50 feet away. The only problem is how to get that cup delivered. Maybe this will be resolved in the next generation! 😎

Frustrating

The brewer works well. Keurig keeps disconnecting from the Breuer. Repeated attempts at reconnecting yield “unable to connect to this app-*****”

Received a very detailed response. The connection has been refreshed and has not dropped since. Brewer works well and the connection to my phone app makes it very convenient. Thank you for the quick follow-up.

Keurig Smart Brewer

Major Step Function Improvement from conventional brewers and previous this app Brewers. The 5 hot water jets into the K-Cup (vs. the 1 in previous brewers) makes the taste of the coffee significantly better … you can taste the difference! Much richer, unlocks a flavor profile you didn’t even know was there. The Smart brewer is also much easier to operate and much quicker to brew. Good Move this app! Love it!

Love the app…one suggestion

I absolutely LOVE Keurig! I can start my coffee using my Smart brewer, set a schedule, order pods and accessories from it, register my brewer, request support, EVERYTHING! I would like to offer a suggestion though, it would be GREAT to be able to “favorite” pods so as I try the different brands and flavors, I remember which ones I really like (and the ones that I really don’t).

I’ve had multiple this app‘s over the years, and this one that is connected to the Internet is a significant improvement. I think having five puncture holes into the pod instead of one makes a significant difference to the richness of the coffee. And I like that I can ask it to track my usage and send me boxes of what I’m using just before I run out. Our local grocery stores don’t have a particularly interesting range of pods, soI prefer to buy online.

Not working right.

I have been a member if this research company for over 3 years now. I have had many issues getting the WiFi connect back to the machine. I have tried contacting the team no call backs. I have tried playing with my router system to get back on. As of right now I been still trying to get a hold of someone to help or waiting on a phone call that never comes. Until I get help with my machine getting it back on WiFi after my router mess up. I will leave it at 1 star

I too am a beta tester of the new K-Custom Smart Coffee maker. Makes a fantastic cup of coffee, but I am unable to connect the coffeemaker to my WiFi. The error message tells me my password is wrong, which is not so. With countless attempts at connecting and several calls to the helpline, with extremely long hold times, I am majorly frustrated. When I call the hold line I am told that someone will call me back. No one ever has. Not a great look for you guys.

I am unable to connect my this app Smart Brewer after multiple tries and repeated setup. Keeps failing when connecting to my network. I can only connect locally in setup but not to my network. Will update if it ever gets connected.

Great coffee. Terrible app😖

We thought getting a connected coffee maker was a good idea. Keurigs app is terrible. It worked on intitial set up but after a power cut I cannot reconnect because Keurig doesn’t find my wireless network. Also very slow and unintuitive. Useless the way it is right now.

Scheduled Brew Doesn’t Work

I wanted Keurig to use the schedule feature. I put the pod in and setup my cup and went to bed with it scheduled to run in the morning. The machine went to sleep and Keurig didn’t wake it up to brew. I attempted this twice.

I don’t understand the point of the scheduled brew if you have to go turn it on manually anyway.

Unless I’m doing something wrong I can’t recommend Keurig. The brewer itself was worth the money, however.

Disappointed

So I bought the new this app Supreme plus smart brewer. Keurig crashes more than it loads. When I was finally able to use it, I tried to connect the brewer to our WiFi. After repeated tries, the brewer connected but Keurig says it’s not. Says try again later. So I can’t use app to use any of the special features they advertise. I’ve even set brewer back to factory settings and started over. So far I like the brewer but Keurig is 1 star cause that’s as low as it would let me rate it.

Was good, but it’s having issues!

I got the specialized brewer and joined the BN this app Connect group a few years ago. Back then Keurig worked great and the Brewer had no issues. For the past year my brewer would sporadically lose time or more specifically the clock on it would change to a completely different time of day. For instance, just the other day the time on it was correct at 12:30 PM, about twenty minutes later when I went to make another cup of coffee it showed 21:18. It used to do this only 1 or 2 times a week, now it happens 1 or 2 times a day. I did notice that if I disconnect my brewer from my WiFi, the issue goes away and the time is always correct. So you developers need to fix that otherwise having an app with a brewer connected to the internet is useless!

K-Supreme beta tester,please add Apple iWatch support

Greetings. Our household is a beta tester for the new K-supreme brewer. So far so good. We have been using Keurig on the iPhone to brew coffee. I particularly use my iWatch more than my phone so I’d really appreciate it if you can add Keurig for iWatch compatibility. Every family members in my household use the iWatch as well and would be nice for them to be able to use what is at hand. We also would like to be able to save brewing preferences in Keurig so that all we have to do is load a pod and press the saved brewing custom preferences in Keurig to save time in the morning. It would be nice to be able to add different brewing customizations for easier point and click. Otherwise, we love the new brewer so far, and we will leave a different review for that on your survey. We will re-edit review in the next this app app update. Thank you.

Keurig K625 2.0

I’m the new beta tester on the K625 2.0, it’s a great coffee brewer. But beside Keurig showing “connected”, Keurig has no control to the brewer at all. Also the brewer’s clock seems not working after it power off. Its like I power off the brewer at 9am, and later afternoon when i power up it will still showing 9am.

Needs some features

I used to use the old brew research app for my K600 this app 2.0 brewer. I am no longer able to use that app which had some more functionality. While this new app is way better for pairing to the internet it lacks the ability to sync the time with my phone and update settings on Keurig that used to be possible. While setting the time and settings on the brewer is not hard it was much more convenient when the settings were cloud based.
