the Manhattan Beach store has a bait and switch on the 1/2 and dozen donuts prices. the menu has 25 for 1/2 and 50 for a dozen when they ring them up they change the prices. Their excuse from the unexperienced managers that that the menu has a misprint 1. the price that is advertise is what the customer should get 2. if the menu has a misprint simple solution cover the price with white tape and write correct price. this location has a major training issue. The staff is consistently rotating and no one knows what the are doing.

Sidecar doughnuts are good, that’s NOT the problem. The problem is that there appears to be no one on the back end of this company or the app at all. A few weeks ago I accidentally signed out of the app. When I couldn’t remember the password I used, I entered my email and clicked the “forgot password”. Immediately the app said it was sending me an email. That was three weeks ago and I’ve tried it six more times since then. I’ve never received a single email.
Just now I googled to try and find a phone number to headquarters thinking I could get some help there. The number listed on the Dunn & Bradstreet website goes to a nameless voicemail box. I then called my local (Del Mar) store and was on hold waiting for a human for 25 minutes before I hung up.
The doughnuts are good, the company appears to be completely disorganized and their app and support appears to be useless. Get you act together!

Tried to migrate old loyalty points from old system to app. Downloaded app, enter my information and submitted info. Apparently my phone number is already in used and can’t be migrated (!!!) Makes no sense at all.

got an error message when I tried to use the free doughnut reward so I ended up paying full price for my order. hopefully they work out the bugs.
