I want a full refund on the fake items I received. Support is ignoring, but I’m not going anywhere until I get my FULL REFUND. How do y’all have your customers pay all this money for shipping, but the customer don’t receive the exact item on YOUR website, and then y’all have the nerve to go back and fourth with me on the FAKE items that were sent to me. The only thing that was real was my shoes! I have one more shipment coming, and I’m going to assume my bras are FAKE as well!!! Let’s start with all the fake items that were sent to me. The wig , it’s not virgin hair at all, as a matter fact it’s not even synthetic hair, it is a costume wig, and the hair is terrible. I’ve seen better costume wigs than the one that I received in the mail, so the description was a virgin hair wig, and I received a crappy costume wig. Next item: I received a button-down shirt instead of a long shirt, and it’s supposed to be a large, but it fits like a small. I did not order a button-down shirt. The next item: the purse, I don’t know what that is, the purse is terrible, and if I wear that purse outside it’s gonna break off my shoulder, the chain for the purse is terrible. If a toddler pulls on it, its breaking. The purse is not the same that’s on the website, the purse that I receive is ugly and cheap. The black long coat look like somebody just grab a bunch of pleather pieces and put the coat together. The coat that I receive is not the same coat that is on the website. This coat is horrible! I want my full refund, and I’m not going anywhere until I get a full refund. How dare y’all make me pay for shipping for items that are FAKE!!!! This company is pretending to ship overseas, but they’re located in California, and they have an us pay all that money for shipping.

Please do not shop here, this company knows that they sent all fake items, and the first thing they will offer you is 10% or 20% of the items, and you do not get your money back for shipping.

First time on this website, I seen cute dresses on Here that I wanted it told me if I download Bellewholesale I get extra 5% off, well I did that never seen 5% off. However the prices are cheap so wasn’t a big deal that the 5% never came off. Then it said that I have FREE Shipping now ok so I go to checkout, and they trying to charge me 18$ for shipping fees. Well I deleted the account because at this point it’s just lie after lie… I feel scammed

I love shopping here for my boutique, however Bellewholesale is giving me a lot of trouble. When I try to login an error message appears saying that my email was not found. Bellewholesale needs attention because I had logged in before without a problem until the last update. I will be deleting Bellewholesale as it is not useful.

I bought a couple pieces of clothing off of Bellewholesale & man I still haven’t received anything despite USPS saying my item has been delivered to me smh plus its been almost 3 weeks. I’m emailing customer support &
I’m not getting a response, ima wait a little longer for my package but at this point I feel scammed.

The shipping price is higher and no technical supports The worse experience I ever have. If I could give them 0 stars I will cuz I can’t contact them to get my $78 dollar’s back. I never got my delivery and it’s no wet to contact them. Don’t order stuff here if you don’t want to have a head ache

This company is untrustworthy it takes weeks to ship out and 3 more weeks to arrive. When you email customer service they tell you everything has shipped but in fact, it has not been shipped!

do NOT get Bellewholesale. it rips you off with nice pictures (that i’ve seen in many other websites) and gives you cheap material. and it’s cheap but then they add on the shipping and it’s twice the amount ! and the shipping isn’t even fast for the price. it’s incredibly slow

I’ve been trying so hard to build a business in lingerie but after a bad place multiple orders and this were missing late and just never sent after my last experience I couldn’t forgive this company I placed a $430 order and they said it was shipped and delivered and I never received it I did everything they asked called the shipping company and all they told me the only they coulda do for me is give me a $20 coupon like what 😞💔 so now im kinda outta luck , definitely thinking about giving this business a rest

I have bought about 6 things off this company and the products are not always as described. When opening a ticket over the issue I was shut down via gaslighting and told a return couldn’t be done. I did not ask for a return how I wanted to confront the difference but I was told the products were exactly the same. Be careful what you buy and as far as Bellewholesale specifically rating any product is impossible and when trying to rate if it’s not perfect to their standards and can not be a negative review at all Bellewholesale closes and a review cannot be left. Even when rating my satisfaction over the customer service I was not able to leave negative feedback at all

Bellewholesale is quite faulty. I can’t even contact online support because when I click it Bellewholesale goes to a blank white screen. I need to ensure that my address is correct before my order ships….
