I want a full refund on the fake items I received. Support is ignoring, but I’m not going anywhere until I get my FULL REFUND. How do y’all have your customers pay all this money for shipping, but the customer don’t receive the exact item on YOUR website, and then y’all have the nerve to go back and fourth with me on the FAKE items that were sent to me. The only thing that was real was my shoes! I have one more shipment coming, and I’m going to assume my bras are FAKE as well!!! Let’s start with all the fake items that were sent to me. The wig , it’s not virgin hair at all, as a matter fact it’s not even synthetic hair, it is a costume wig, and the hair is terrible. I’ve seen better costume wigs than the one that I received in the mail, so the description was a virgin hair wig, and I received a crappy costume wig. Next item: I received a button-down shirt instead of a long shirt, and it’s supposed to be a large, but it fits like a small. I did not order a button-down shirt. The next item: the purse, I don’t know what that is, the purse is terrible, and if I wear that purse outside it’s gonna break off my shoulder, the chain for the purse is terrible. If a toddler pulls on it, its breaking. The purse is not the same that’s on the website, the purse that I receive is ugly and cheap. The black long coat look like somebody just grab a bunch of pleather pieces and put the coat together. The coat that I receive is not the same coat that is on the website. This coat is horrible! I want my full refund, and I’m not going anywhere until I get a full refund. How dare y’all make me pay for shipping for items that are FAKE!!!! This company is pretending to ship overseas, but they’re located in California, and they have an us pay all that money for shipping.
Please do not shop here, this company knows that they sent all fake items, and the first thing they will offer you is 10% or 20% of the items, and you do not get your money back for shipping.
