How to fix LetMeBe app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the LetMeBe app on iPhone
Update LetMeBe app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall LetMeBe iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix LetMeBe on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve LetMeBe network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

LetMeBe Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix LetMeBe not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the LetMeBe App
1. On android, goto Settings » LetMeBe » click [Force Stop]

Update LetMeBe to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear LetMeBe App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » LetMeBe » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart LetMeBe.

Fix LetMeBe unable to contact server/ LetMeBe internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click LetMeBe » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto LetMeBe » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
