Step one with making an app, make sure people can even get in. App would immediately close when I opened it.

You can block only a few apps like tiktok and instagram, from the hundreds of apps and games I have installed only less than 10 appear in the list. I was expecting to finally have full control on ios over my apps internet usage just like on android with a simple firewall, looks like this aint it chief.
