Firelands should add an option to have a quick account balance widget on your apple device's Home Screen like Huntington banking does. It makes everyday life much more convenient

New app is much easier to navigate and view account details. All accounts I’m connected to are now listed in one place under one login. Paying bills, transferring money, and updating personal information has never been easier. Overall a huge improvement to the mobile banking experience.

I think FirelandsFCU is very user friendly once you take the time to familiarize yourself with it.

I like the fact that I can check my balances 24/7. I can transfer money when the credit union is not open or even if I can’t make it into the credit union. Shows all the accounts I have at the credit union. Make my loan payment from my app and many more things.

User friendly and customizable! Love that we can block our debit card from FirelandsFCU in case of emergency instead of calling in.

Have to send a code to my phone. Once I receive the code and look at the text I can’t get the key pad to show back up to enter the code.
