I ordered@ times with good results 1. 2 pair light blue Jett Jeans order # YT2408421236004805 2.- 2 Pair light Blue Jett Jeans Order #YT2408321236006548. And I just ordered 2 more pairs today. My Problem is I received and order#11134-28649 on March13/2024 Which I did not order My size is 42X30 these on this order is W29XL30 and this order there were 3 pairs . I have asked for a shipping label to send them back and a refund of $64.72 this is the same price as the other orders I received except this order has 3 pair at the $64,72. Makes no sense and by the way I love these jeans when the dust settles I will have 6 pants the right size and which I ordered I have received 4 pair and 2 pair on the way that I just ordered. Send me a shipping label and when you receive the 3 pair wrong sizes issue me the refund. Thank you Thomas Charlton Sr.

I ordered two front closure Daisy bras from Lisa Charm. The delivery took about a month. Since then, I've been trying to return them as they do not fit and the company via e-mail would like me to accept 70% rather than to send them back and/or keep them. It will cost me to return them but I'm not willing to keep the bras either. A company should honor their product. Their idea is to correct it by a larger size by a half inch! What if that doesn't work and have to resend? The customer should not have to be penalized for a product unwanted. I have had communication with the company, they were to e-mail me a label which I didn't receive and I was not given some sale receipt they need for me to mail it back. To reach them by phone is impossible!

I placed a order from Dora Lux for a bra and now it comes back saying undelivable to my address. I get packages here all the time there is no problem with my address. So now I am tried of fooling with this company so I just want it returned and REFUND my money. The product details are as follows. Order #4476-20 and the tracking # YT2212021236005697 fee 29.99 plus tax and shipping. I'll be glad just to get the $29.99. My phone nbr is 251-660-0266 if you ned further info. I just don't know what to do. PLEASE help me.
