I received my glasses, prescription was wrong!! Was ordered byfocals with line; by what I ended up with was readers,called to speak to customer service and I asked for a superviser because I was not satisfied with the agent! was told that the superviser was on the phone and would call me back in about an hour,I told the agent that I would hold for superver!! been on hold for going on an hour; getting tired of the run around!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Good afternoon, I just ordered online and the first payment came out of my account. I then received a message saying the order is going to be canceled because it wasn't paid. Please advise me on why this is happening and how to move forward.
i prepaidfor 3 frames. customer service has been awful so i decided to enter my prescription . problem 1. i paid twice for the 3 frames. 2. i forgot to add photochromic (where the glasses get dark in the sun) i would like to add that to all three frames, how do i do that 3. I just made my first order with vooglam. I saw where the $102 was taken from my card but vooglam is saying that I have an unpaid order and canceled the order. I’m not about to make 2 payments for a risky online purchase. Please help in resolving this order just return the funds.
