Not compatible with iPhone

The app cannot connect my OnePlus Nord Buds 2 to my iPhone 12 Plus. Error message says “No device found”. I followed all the instructions for connecting, but still didn’t work. I tried contacting support and they don’t support the US. This app should not be available in Apple’s App Store if the app isn’t compatible. Other reviewers have had the same issue.
Does not Connect with my OnePlus Buds Ace

I bought a pair of one plus buds and thought it would connect. However, later I found out that it doesn’t pair with one plus buds ace or nods buds 2 or nord buds etc. Only a selective few models are supported. This is a very disappointing and unsatisfactory customer service. If the app does not support all types of buds , you should have written that in the description of the app!!

Nowhere on the download page, does it state anything about what kind of earbuds are compatible. for an app that is meant to indicate battery levels and connect to Bluetooth devices, it must have an update to include all types of earbuds for the last five years. TWS earbuds are not supported. Such a waste.
