I tried to report that I have no option to edit age, sex, height and weight. There is data already in Settings but it is not mine. E-mails to Martspec bounce back.

Just trying BodySize . I already feel restricted on the inability to customize it for me. Would love the ability to remove things I don’t wish to track.

It gives a good sample of measurements and gives health ratios that correlate. However, I wish it had the option to add additional measurements. In areas like the chest and waist I like to do it around the smallest and the widest. Since that’s where I’m at wanting to lose the inches.

I'd love the option to track other measurements (neck, arms, legs), but for BodySize to provide the data-rich reports it already includes FOR FREE, I have to call it a strong option. Well done to the creators, and thanks so much for being mindful of those who are trying to live healthy while also on a budget.

Es sencilla y fácil de usar, pero debería tener la opción de poder agregar medidas personalizadas por el propio usuario para glúteos, pantorrillas, abdomen, etc), también se agradecería mucho la facilidad de un gráfico comparativo para comprobar el avance. Gracias por el buen trabajo

Exactly what I was looking for a free app to keep track of body measurements!

For the past couple of years i have struggled with eating disorders, anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder, ect ect. These deeply impacted my physical and mental health, in the last year I have been attending therapy for past trauma, and in this therapy I learned that you can love your body without “liking” it. Once I learned to love my body I started getting into fitness. Since I loved my body, I knew I was overweight and needed to change it. Over the past couple months I have tried hundereds of diets and apps, but none of them really showed me my specific ratios and patterns my body went through. I quiet literally tried hundereds of apps, some free, but most with a trial that limited my knowledge and held me back from greater results. At one point I managed to get 15 pounds down, this was a huge accomplishment considering i had never seen the scale move. While the scale moved down my mental heath did too. On a random day filled with insecurity after I gained all the weigh back, I downloaded some more apps, once I tried this one, I was amazed. I was shown my biorhythm, my body type and body water, how my measurements affected my health, and the details on how some measurements are less or more affective in certain areas. I have now been using BodySize for a few months, the scale has not moved down, but I have lost SIX inches off my waist, and have less than two to go. I am so thankful for BodySize, it has helped me lose lots of fat without dieting or a gym, just because I understood my body. Would 10/10 recommend this to another person, and have had no issues with BodySize .

honestly a pretty good app :) it’s simple and it tells you some extra info like body type and your fat percentage.
