Don’t bother installing
Too skittish to help I only turn to a doctor when otc fails and they still fail so now have to go to my normal doctor pay for that and this
This company is trash. They don’t have any idea what they’re actually doing. I had a shoulder injury that needed surgery. My doctor offered me an appointment a few weeks out. this app though, kept pushing their surgery care service. Said they’d cover everything. I was already dreading the surgery bill, so that sounded great. But then they just dragged their feet getting me an appointment, and following up. Meanwhile, my injury was getting worse and worse. After weeks and weeks of nothing, I asked for news, and they said they were still waiting to hear back from a surgeon. I called the surgeon’s office myself, and heard back in a couple of hours.
In the end, I had to schedule my own appointment, and pay out of pocket. This service is totally useless at best, and actively detrimental at worst.
The chat format is terrible.
Why are there no weekend hours to talk with a guide in Transcarent ? That’s when people need it. Who are working during the week!
this app is a newcomer but what a wonderful app experience! It’s delightful and easy to use but most importantly provides me everything that I want for my health and care needs. Talking to a doctor was a breeze and having access to guides 24x7 when I have a question is fantastic!

You can check with doctor and get prescription in no time, very convenient.
Fantastic app! So easy and fast to speak to a doctor, I got to chat with an MD (who was great) with just a few taps in under a minute. Was able to get my questions answered and labs ordered walking distance from my house. Game changing doctor visit!
Transcarent is the middleman. They make the decision if the prescription your dr prescribed is good for you. The act like the doctor. I hope the middlemen like transcarent go out of business. Lousy service
Needed right foot surgery for plantar fasciitis. Was sent to my current providers competitor who was not interested in helping me but wanted to make money off me. Kept pushing experimental procedure not covered by insurance, called to schedule an MRI of my left leg and foot when it was the right causing my issue. When I tried to contact Transcarent with my concerns I was ignored. Don’t bother if you don’t have a lot of extra money to spend.
