NorthShoreConnect 2.0 Premier is available to our patients, letting you try out the latest features before the app is released more broadly.
This data can include daily readings, such as blood pressure and glucose levels.
If you should experience any issues with the app or have comments, please contact us with your questions or feedback.
They can also view and graph all of their past readings.
