How to fix MYCOMM app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the MYCOMM app on iPhone
Update MYCOMM app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall MYCOMM iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix MYCOMM on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve MYCOMM network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

MYCOMM Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix MYCOMM not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the MYCOMM App
1. On android, goto Settings » MYCOMM » click [Force Stop]

Update MYCOMM to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear MYCOMM App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » MYCOMM » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart MYCOMM.

Fix MYCOMM unable to contact server/ MYCOMM internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click MYCOMM » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto MYCOMM » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
