Issues connecting to the server
on web. simplyplural was down for 4 hours, then we got in FINALLY just to see that all datas gone.
Whenever I try to login, it takes ABNORMALLY long, longer then usual and i can't wait that long.
simply plural WEBSITE only displaying the icon and won't load any pages/sub pages.
it keeps telling me it won't connect to servers. i checked and the servers are up it just won't.

When I try to log into simplyplural on my laptop with my apple ID it never works and we don't know what to do to fix it or make it work at all, it just closes the "Sign in with apple ID" thing and never logs us in no matter how many times we do all the stuff we need to do to log in
SimplyPlural is just.. refusing to add the groups I want to add. I make sure everything is filled out properly, yet it still doesn’t add them. It lets me add members, but not any more groups than the 4 that I have.
When adding friends so they can keep track it doesn't show any members for them, or who's fronting
Changes are reverted when saved: It's like whenever we save a members information and close the app everything we entered reverted including custom statuses 🤨 Wondering if anyone else experiences this..
images not uploading :(
The app will not load past the first loading screen. Notifications do not change and it is unable to change who is fronting. Have to reload several times to be able to access anything on the dashboard and even then, you ahve to reload again for any of the icons to work properly. It has been like this for most of the 15th meaning that it would not be caused by a little bad wifi.
The app continues to hang at either the logo, or the "setting things up for you" section. If you do manage to get past it, certain things in the app refuse to load in properly, such as the front history or the friends list. You also cannot log in to the PC site as other users have noted. I have never encountered these issues with SP until just recently
I can't choose avatars for My alters, everytime I click on a pictures it says "no file was selected" I don't know why it happened, i didn't have problems with it before
When I have a larger time for people in front it squishes the numbers together making it hard to read
1) Unable to find where to change account email or password 2) I cannot login on the PC Website, I used "Login with Apple" on my phone and I tried to do the same on PC but it has not worked, I have tried multiple times within the day and it has failed on all attempts. I attempted to login by just using the same email I use for the apple login but just using the regular login option, it failed. 3) When I clicked "Forgot Password" it did not ever send me an email to change my password, it had sent an email when I requested "Forgot Email" but not password? Yes I checked spam, I requested "Forgot Password" multiple times. 4) I additionally attempted to "Login with Google" on the website by using the same email/account I had for the Apple Login, it worked but only worked to try to create a new account? Under the same email? Overall very confused, could use a lot of help as we work mostly on PC and I would think the web browser should work, should it not? (/lh)

Using the android app, unable to upload icons and when they are "successfully uploaded" they do not show.
i have switched to a Samsung S22 and every since i made the move I've been unable to upload avatars on said phone, however, when i use one of my older phones (Samsung galaxy note 8) everything works as intended.

neither me or my friend have been getting notifications from eachother simply plural? we have everything that would prevent them off
simply plural is not connecting to the servers and i have to use it offline. i can’t upload avatars either.
I created a group with sub groups. I did the same (different categories) thing a few times. One group won't show up. It shows alters are still apart of the group/s but I can't access this specific cluster of groups from the main members page. Help
Issue with polls being automatically deleted upon creation in android app after leaving poll tab (public buglist issue: SP-2159). Claimed fixed but still an issue in V1.6.7
this update made us unable to add more than one member to the front at any given time and made it take forever to load to view our friends thingy
