When I paid my bills before are used to get a set of numbers or letters to confirm my payment. I have lost that ability. I was used to your way do not like this new way. I find myself Lost. I am even heaven trouble sending this message it asked for a nickname I give it several on it still reject me why are you making things so hard
Every time I try to sign in, it says my password is wrong, even though I know it was 100% correct. I try to reset my password and it doesn’t allow me to. It’s so frustrating….
Difficult to navigate unable to determine where to pay bill
I know that a lot of work went in to creating this new app, but I think not a lot of thought! I can’t categorize each expenditure anymore and, for me, it is difficult to navigate.

I have a small checking account there and wanted to create an external transfer bank to link with and want to set up a bill pay. Cannot use my iPad to do this. I am told on CitizensBankTrustFL I must have a desktop computer or a laptop, of which I have neither.
No other bank I deal with has this restriction. Seems odd.
It seems I can’t print our Dix Electric Inc statements it keeps doing my personal one? What am I doing wrong?

I am a new customer at Citizen Bank and everything has been going along great except one thing, we were doing a bunch of transactions and the next thing I know the person who I was working with went away on vacation and I did not want to start all over again discussing all of these things with someone else so i’m waiting until they come back to complete the things that needed to be done in reference to the accounts that I have open.
I’ve enjoyed dealing with this bank. Everything makes perfectly good sense. Thank you for the great treatment. I appreciate it.
Would be nice to see the whole address to be printed on bill payment for accuracy.
