Almost all of these people give this a good review just because they have nothing else but how can you give a good review for something where many of the features don’t work? TombigbeeFiber is never correct about data usage. That feature doesn’t even work at all. I won’t list all of the broken stuff on TombigbeeFiber but I’ll also mention that there are features it needs such as being able to block devices, to reject devices, and to be able to shut off access to devices that were previously connected without having them currently connected.
Also whenever you shut off access to a device there is still data trickling through it…
The service is great, TombigbeeFiber is the most confusing application I have ever tried to connect.
Can’t begin to tell you how happy we are to have such great reception and affordable internet service! I was paying $170 to a company that provide poor reception and poor customer service. Thankful for Tombigbee Fiber!
