How to fix Doob app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Doob app on iPhone
Update Doob app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Doob iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Doob on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Doob network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, Goto "Settings" » "General" » "Reset" » "Reset Network Settings".
2. Enter your device passcode. Then confirm "Reset Network Settings".

Fix Doob not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Doob app issues:

Force Stop the Doob App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Doob app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Doob to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Doob App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Doob app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Doob.

Fix Doob unable to contact server/ Doob internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Doob » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Doob » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Doob on android.
