How to fix Saver app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Saver app on iPhone
Update Saver app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Saver iPhone app

To resolve Saver network issues, Reset phone network settings:

Follow these steps to resolve intermittent Saver app issues:

Force Stop the Saver App
1. On android, goto "Settings" » click Saver app. » click "Force Stop".

Update Saver to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Saver App Cache and Data:
1. On your device, goto "Settings" » click "Apps" » select "Saver app" » click "Storage" » click "Clear Data" option. This Clears both data and cache.
2. Relaunch Saver.

Fix Saver unable to contact server/ Saver internet connection errors on Android:

This issue is usually caused by your network. Here is how to fix:

On android, goto "Settings" » "Apps" or "Manage Apps" tab.
Click Saver » "Force Stop".
Next, goto "Storage" » "Clear Data".
Again, got Saver » "Mobile Data" » "Allow Background Data Usage".
Go back to "Settings" » "Connections" » "Mobile Network" » "Network Mode".
Now, put your network on 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
Relaunch Saver on android.
