Old app was way better

Can’t do cross account transfers without calling the bank and having them add the account you want to transfer to. If you have to call, that defeats the purpose of having an app. I called to add an account and was told the system was down. This is a fairly new app and already having issues? Layout was easier on the old app. HeritageUSAFCU feels like a step bqckwards. Great bank.. bad app.
