Honestly I don’t know what is going on with MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA, I’ve had my car for 2.5 years already and never an issue logging into MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA . Recently I try to log on as I am wanting to change my bank info for payments and it takes about 5 min to get to the main screen but then it repeatedly says retry - login failed 50 times. Very frustrating.

The automated credit card payment by phone is terrible…. I talked to two representatives on the phone and they could not help me!
Both phone calls when they went to transfer me so I could pay by credit card. I was disconnected both times.
So I go to MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA the Mercedes Benz Financial app so I can pay my payment by credit card and you don’t even have the credit card information to be inserted into your application. It only allows you to use a bank.

Why would Benz change the option to make a payment in the original ME app? I paid my bill in 15 seconds. I have been a Benz owner for 20 years and have purchased many different types of Benz trucks. The frustration of not being able to pay my bill with ease, and needing to call a rep to pay because MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA refuses to work…..is ludicrous and makes me want to flip over to Porsche like I’ve been considering. You cannot have luxury claims and shotty phone applications

Right after downloading asks me to update MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA but there’s no option to update on MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA Store. It says I have the current version. I already went through some reviews and probable solutions offered by the support team but neither of them works. Tried uninstalling and reinstalling etc. still asks to update! Why make an app if ultimately you’d suggest the customer to open it on the browser.
This is crazy, not at all supportive tech.

Slowest app in my phone. Associate from mbfs says the quickest way to submit payment is on the website with a card. Using MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA takes FOREVER to process through a bank. God forbid you make a mistake with payment, MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA takes 7 business days to work itself out with your bank. It’s 2023, and I don’t understand how they haven’t obtained a faster functioning system to work out small issues. Useless app. I’d rather log in to the website every month for faster service.

MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA has not worked for the last 4 months. It’s an inconvenience. I’ve called about it and got no where. I say hit or miss because if it decides to work then it’s easy to pay your monthly payment but if it doesn’t causing you to pull up your computer login and make your payment that way definitely not as convenient as it could be if they fixed the glitch.

I can only access MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA if I create a new user ID. As soon as I exit out of that session, I can no longer get in MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA . It says “Request failed, things don’t appear to be working at the moment. please try again later”. Well, I’ve been trying all month. MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA doesn’t even try to load it just denied my connection. I reinstalled multiple times and nothing seems to change it. MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA was preventing me from making my car payments, I had to reach out directly which was very frustrating.

Mostly, it is easy to make payments here. I’ve had three instances where the full monthly balance was paid by mistake. I wish the transaction history detail would show which bank was used. Often, the transaction and payment overview, and payoff quote info is N/A or unavailable. I don’t know if this is an App build, systems, or delay in polling problem.

This is a great app. It gives you all your information regarding your payment schedule, payoff info, and contract information. However, half the time it sends me to their website stating that I am the co-borrower and therefore doesn’t display my info on MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA . Apparently you need two separate id’s for Mercedes Me and Mercedes Finance for the same vehicle. But once you’re in, it’s great!

I made my first payment (double so o can pay it off early). It took 5 days for it to come back as denied. Not letting me know specifics so I went back in, added a new payment with same checking account. Now we’ll see. I’m sure theyll charge fee. Ugh!
So happy to get it figured out soon!

It’s convenient to have everything here ready to go. However, if you have 2 Mercedes or more and must have 2 different Mercedes accounts or more, they constantly separate and combine your accounts - making you log out and log in and verify over and over….it’s annoying and frustrating.

The only information available is from statements it would be nice to be able to see the current status… In other words has the payment been made… When was the last payment made that type of thing… Thank you

At the top right corner you will find “app support” click on that.
Log into your account>>> email customer service with the issue so they are well aware of MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA not functioning properly. Please be descriptive with what you experience when logging into MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA .

MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA was easy to set up and is very user friendly. Setup took only a few minutes to complete. I found it to be very comprehensive and complete.

The only thing that I don’t like is the fact that I have multiple cars so once I buy the second car, it won’t allow me to adjust my pants on my first original car loan, so that makes it complicated irritating sometimes the information for each car gets mixed up, which I finally be very amusingcontacted financial to try to help me but they seem to not know how to fix the problem mark to help me to split the payment and half. I was wondering if there’s something that I can do with my first original loan I usually like to pay 301, Kay. 300 the next it seems to be a problem now that I have the second.

Love MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA . It does everything I need without any issues. The only problem I have and would like to know why when I open MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA , can’t see the car because it has a black cover on it. If you check the Mercedes me Finance app demonstration, it shows the car model.

Mercedes has done it again - another great app to go with their superior automobiles! I only would suggest that clients be able to pick their due date instead of having to only option of making payment date be always the contract due date. You could limit the option of choosing your automatic payment date to say 10 days after due date to 25 days before due date. This would allow owners to better manage their other finances, such as house mortgages , self employment income, or retirement payment schedules.

This is the only suggestion I have in making MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA to be excellent!

I had no issues until the update now MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA is useless and they keep updating it stating it’s fixing the problem but it’s not fixed. Avoid updating if your app is working if not the website works but it’s a shame for something this basic to stop working for no reason.

This is the most convenient app you get to see your balance your pay off your interest I’m enjoying this Mercedes me app

I’m able to make a payment quicker and easier than mailing it off.

There is an issue with the new version. Keeps getting stuck with MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA asking for an update. Reloaded and same problem occurs.

Try to make my payment it needs A update, ok so tried to update it just keeps blinking to the update screen. Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still no connection. I’m sure if I don’t call in and pay payment it’s always the customers fault . Please fix to make it convenient again.

Very nice and easy to use, I would prefer a little more color on MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA though, it’s just in your face with this black and white fonts.

I just made my first payment using the Mercedes Me App. Very easy to add bank account, make payment abs best of all no statement, no time to set up on internet banking etc and did it all in less than 5 minutes!

MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA makes everything simple. I’m able to go and control my payment. Pay in advance if I choose to, to making sure that I’m up to date at all time. Love it

I had set up auto pay to be withdrawn from my Bank Account, US Alliance Financial Credit Union. But to my dismay the monthly payment was deducted from my secondary bank account which I never authorized. Is that a glitch of MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA or what?

Love MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA . Ease of use is great! Visible icons at the bolton of the page, make it easy to select and go to useful features in MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA , like making payments, viewing past payments, and moving around in MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA .

MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA is great, I had enrolled in auto pay, but it didn’t work on the computer apparently. Once I realize that, I made the payments and submitted for auto pay on MercedesBenzFinanceUSACA , this is a much better way! I’m pretty sure this won’t happen again!

It was fast and easy to pay. Don’t have to enter your information every time to go to make a payment
