I have been working on an issue for over 2 weeks with no results. Have contacted support through their ticket system multiple times. The send back a generic answer (not in a timely manner) that doesn't answer my question or help and then close the ticket.

App doesn’t recognize my email, despite being a web user. In addition, attempting to set up a NEW user doesn’t work. The entire GotSport ecosystem is totally and utterly garbage.
