I’m a Project Manager for a restaurant chain in Puerto Rico. Our ISP chose Plume devices. I’ve had nothing but issues with WorkPass , profiles, configurations, system settings. Login in and working with WorkPass is horrible. Everything takes so long to do and I can’t drill down on things id like to see.
The lack of UX/UI to be able to restrict or confirm things is horrible. Feels like an iOS 2 app.
