- Cannot check that Isha prayer has been done due to banners at the bottom

- Cannot adjust notification for Isha due to blocked tabs

- No prenotification feature

How to fix Pillars app crashes or not working on Iphone (iOS):

Close and restart the Pillars app on iPhone
Update Pillars app to the Latest Version for iOS
Uninstall and reinstall Pillars iPhone app
Update your iPhone to the latest iOS version

Fix Pillars on iPhone unable to connect to server/internet connection issues::

To resolve Pillars network issues, Reset phone network settings:
1. On iphone, goto Settings » General » Reset » Reset Network Settings.
2. Enter device passcode » confirm [Reset Network Settings].

Turn off iphone VPN:
1. Goto Settings » General » VPN

Pillars Android App Issues and Solutions

Fix Pillars not working on Android, crashes, errors or is unresponsive:

Force Stop the Pillars App
1. On android, goto Settings » Pillars » click [Force Stop]

Update Pillars to the latest version on PlayStore

Clear Pillars App Cache and Data:
1. On android, goto Settings » Apps » Pillars » Storage » click [Clear Data] option. This clears both data and cache.
2. restart Pillars.

Fix Pillars unable to contact server/ Pillars internet connection errors on Android:

On android, goto Settings » Apps or Manage Apps tab.
Click Pillars » [Force Stop]
Next, goto Storage » click [Clear Data]
Again, goto Pillars » Mobile Data » [Allow Background Data Usage].
Go back to Settings » Connections » Mobile Network » Network Mode. Change the network to 4G e.g. LTE/3G/2G (auto connect)
