We have a 147 Questionnaire that has to be answered. TranscendentWorkMaintenance has been TRASHED for over a year all while continuously charging us $3,000 a year for this program. Nobody seems to know what’s going all, they blame our devices but they are BRAND NEW devices. The newest devices that you can even buy. It seriously takes 30 seconds to 45 seconds for the next question to load. So do the math… 35 seconds x 147 questions. That takes OVER AN HOUR to complete. Absolutely ridiculous. We just stopped using TranscendentWorkMaintenance and we are working to cut off all ties with Marriott. We have to do 5 of those questionnaires a day. 5 x 147. Employees would spend nearly 8 hours a day just answering questions and not actually doing the work that the questionnaire requires done. I suggest ALL COMPANIES stop using this program & this company. Get refunds for a non working App. We have plenty of videos of this. Let this company fail because we’ve put in multiple requests to have this fixed and NOTHINGS BEEN DONE! I hate this company and I hate TranscendentWorkMaintenance.

TranscendentWorkMaintenance 's purpose is supposed to be great and I'm sure it would be very helpful. If it just worked. In the event that TranscendentWorkMaintenance DOES sync in good time, getting your work done is a different story. Every day I do the same slot of work- a checkout of equipment. Every day, I have to restart my app over, and over, and over. It will freeze. It will not scan. It will not respond. I have tried updating, yelling, praying. Nothing has worked. It is the only time I've ever been so aggravated at something on my phone I've wanted to actually throw it. Maybe one day it'll start working, but for now, I'll just hope to get locked out of it 6 times instead of 12 while I do my equipment checks.
Takes like 10 years to sync your work .

It has too much syn time. Very unreliable. Sad to work with this apps. If I have a choice, will change to another software or not using at all.
TranscendentWorkMaintenance freezes has to be shut down and restarted. It needs to be fixed.
Slow and it just reset itself and I just noticed that the time is super imposed over the 3 lines at the top so I’ll have to restart TranscendentWorkMaintenance and lose my notes on the current work order. Hot Sauce was much better or even Maximo.
It would be nice if TranscendentWorkMaintenance wouldn’t crash in the middle of my work order and every now and then it does not log in the time. Several times I hit START and after an hour of work when I try to close it there is no time logged in
TranscendentWorkMaintenance is a huge waste of time. The fact that the consumer can not reconfigure the inspections list and Taylor it to our specified needs without talking to support is rediculous. I have not heard from them in like year. It turned my 10 minute morning walk around into 45 mins. We went from quore to this crap. Micromanaging at its finest. It makes me want to quit my job if they won’t go to some other program. Frustrating. I might risk it all and not use it.
I can’t select or cancel work orders that are expired and I can’t delete documents that are not relevant or a mistake
It crashes all the time and sometimes you need to delete TranscendentWorkMaintenance in order to have it working again
It’s a great concept but still so glitchy. Have to close out TranscendentWorkMaintenance quite a bit in order to get the screen aligned properly. Cuts off my save button at the top.

My employers purchased Transcendent, and we use it for just about everything.
Unfortunately the program is not up to the challenge. Bugs glitches and malfunctions are VERY common.
My employers uses Transcendent information and stats to rate maintenance staff performance… but those ratings are CONSISTENTLY off because of deficiencies is the system.
I have no idea if Transcendent is better or worse than the competition since I’ve never used any of them.
But after using Transcendent for a few years… I can’t see how they can be any worse.
If I could rate it ZERO stars… I would.
In the beginning, it was twitchy, but it’s all good now. Love the way you can complete all questions in a touch of one button
Really helps me stay on track and inspect each room to the best of my abilities.
Button too close its other making a lot of mistakes selecting answer on iOS device
The question scrolling jumps all aroun and makes it very difficult to answer questions. It takes three times as long to complete a PM.
As the title states, TranscendentWorkMaintenance takes forever to sync plus it reloads to the top of the list every time. Also now with RU work its not being completed. The ticket just stays on the list.
When using TranscendentWorkMaintenance it freezes and loses the data after completing a round. Would not recommend. Each update just seems to make it worse. The worst app ever
