The game is stuck at the loading screen at 20%. Message on the screen says “New Version Available, Update the game to continue”. When I click Update Now the App Store page opens but it shows that there are no updates for the game. I have deleted it and re-downloaded the game and as soon a I choose to connect to my saved game on the server the same loading screen and message appears.

na update van 06/02/2024 krijg ik alleen een zwart beeld met belka games en daarna een volledig zwart beeld en dit is alles. dus mijn game werkt niet meer. ik heb mijn id gecopieerd maar zelf heb ik het niet meer. hopelijk kunt u mij helpen ? ik had level 102. ps ik speel op windows

The game is freezing and lagging even after i restarted my pc

Same problem as the person above. The bubble machine is stuck in tutorial mode. I already contacted you guy's and received a reply but I was already doing it. Just pushing the bubble to pop it. Must be over 100 times over several days. I have to escape and can't progress in the game. It's frustrating. 1st world problems I know

the generator is stuck in tutorial mode and is freezing, causing me to have to end task by control alt delete keys. When the game starts this is where is goes to and I can't bypass this. I have tried a couple dozen times now the past couple of days. There are no updates for this game and do not want to uninstall and lose my progress. I am not able to access anything else as when game loads it immediately goes to the generator and when I follow prompts am able to only click 3 and sometimes 4 of the bubbles before nothing works and screen darkens a bit and freezes. Just the hand pointing on the bubble wanting me to click on it which is not working. Please help. Thank you -Cheri
