I don’t typically type reviews, but I am getting sick and tired of the lack of service. There’s no way to reach out and contact anybody from the car wash on the app. Therefore, I’m writing a review, for the last six months every time I roll up to the car wash one or more bays are closed for maintenance and there are long lines. It’s taking me more than 45 minutes at times to get through the wash. This is just not acceptable as a car wash it. Take a few minutes before you’re on your way. why would I continue to pay a monthly membership fee when I can go down and pay five dollars at the gas station and be done in minutes. So frustrating. There’s a new wash coming in down the street which I will be moving to.

The quality of the wash is ok… if you can get one. Most of the time from 3pm to 8 pm, all day Saturday and Sunday you can expect to wait in line for 30 minutes to an hour. Each wast takes 10 minutes any there are always cars waiting and usually one of the three wash bays are out of order. Seriously don’t waste you time or money to wait in a long time to wash your car. If you have any issues their customer service might call you back the next day. Their only resolution to any problem is to offer you a free wash to use sometime on the next month…. But you are already paying for a monthly subscription. Canceling was a pain because you have to call their customer service, no one will answer and they might call you back one time. I wasted hours in line at multiple locations and often would go and see 8 to 10 cars in line and not have an hour to wait.

For the most part this app is great except for when you go to pay to re instate your monthly package and you pay with a credit card and it takes the money out of your account immediately but then when you go back to the app it continues to say you have not paid it’s been 4 days now and it’s still saying I haven’t paid and I did this is the 3rd time this has happened to me although the awesome employees let me get a wash using there phone app wich is super nice I wish my app would work since my payment was made 4 days agao and immediately money was taken from my account please fix this issue asap it’s very frustrating and makes me feel like I’m a liar trying to get a free wash when I pull up the app to the employee for my car wash and once again it says I have not paid and I have and they took my money immediately very frustrating please fix this issue asap thanks
