AWFUL
This app stinks. It deserves a -100 rating. It has ZERO intuitive functionality. You have to jump through hoops to find a way to fund your account. There's way to read what messages you've sent previously. When you have an incarcerated loved one, this might be the only way to communicate, and especially when there are legal documents to share with them. But unfortunately there is no motivation on the part of the devs to improve it because you have no other options but to use their app. Pathetic.

Did NOT ADD FUNDS
I manually added funds to an account through “Correct Pay” and I even have the receipt from my bank statement and it was never put on the inmates phone time. He called me right after I completed the purchase and it was saying there was not enough funds. He also tried to call back 6 other times and it said the same exact thing. I’m not sure where my $25 went but I’d like a refund since it was not added.

App doesn’t even open
Can’t even use the app. When you press commissary deposit or send message both pop up to next page and are blank. I’ve tried to delete the app & reinstalled it several times and still blank. Luckily I’m close to we’re my son is at and I can go use the kiosk to make sure he has money but for people who’s loved ones are far away and can’t do that I know that its upsetting.
