I had a video session scheduled for 4 o’clock today. There was a message that said it may take up to five minutes to connect… after five minutes… I thought maybe it was not connecting.. so I tried to refresh it. Continued to stay up to five minutes… and longer and took screenshots to prove. We finally connected with three minutes left. This is ridiculous. I paid nearly 9 dollars. I don’t wanna refund. I just want my full 20 minutes. Please get in touch with me either with my phone number 423-612-3391 or via email. I need a full 20 min visit since that is what I paid for. Additionally I want to tell you I was there early. The system is terrible.
Yes my daughter was in the Potter county detention center but they got over crowded so the moved her to Deafsmith correctional center since she has been moved we haven't been able to deposit money on her books so I noticed that her name is still on the Roster at Potter county so I called the jail and they said we have to put money on her books at deafsmith coubty but it wont let us do that thank you
i have tried all day to put money on my daughter commissary keeps saying not able to apply funds to her account>this several times this has happened , several times causing her to have to wait until next week. she has to go without commissary until the ,next week. your system is not worth the anything you should get a better company system. this needs to be fixed asap so she can get her commissary she is at Howard County jail big springs Texas her name is Christina Avery dob 01/04/1977 S.O. #9085

You can’t go back and read the messages you send and when they try and visit half the time is says pin expired. Takes numerous times to get a visit. If you pay for a visit and it doesn’t work you lose your money.

The login screen lays on top of the page and won’t go away. I cannot get to the form to fill out to send money. Worst app ever!

This app stinks. It deserves a -100 rating. It has ZERO intuitive functionality. You have to jump through hoops to find a way to fund your account. There's way to read what messages you've sent previously. When you have an incarcerated loved one, this might be the only way to communicate, and especially when there are legal documents to share with them. But unfortunately there is no motivation on the part of the devs to improve it because you have no other options but to use their app.
