Order id: BT376950 I ordered from bo+tee on the 6th of November and paid £2.99 for next day delivery but still haven’t received my package. I received a text with a barcode of H00EZA0007155763 And says it’s on its way a few days ago but still haven’t received it. Can you pls resolve this asap? Thank you
Re Hermes tracking number HOOEZAOOO5910080 still not received my order I have been advised that parcel has been returned to you. Hermes did not try to redeliver this parcel as they were supposed to do must say I’m very disappointed in their service. I have e.mailed you twice and have not received any reply as this was for a present I would very much appreciate it if you would send this order a.s.a.p. Looking forward to hearing from you a.s.a.p.

Love the clothes but both the app and website are horribly made. You can see the full length of the model up close because the sizing and price window blocks it. I’m 5”8 and I wanted to see how long the pants looked on the 5”9 model but I couldn’t even see past her waists! It’s annoying and the reason I have yet to purchase anything even though I have hundreds of dollars worth of things I can “consider”. Also don’t like how all of the “sold out” items flood the page. Like why even put them on there? It’s frustrating!

tops are provided in XL, which is a US large
bottoms only go up to a US medium for most items
when you search by size they don’t provide any options in XL even though they have them.
the company intentionally offers some products in size large and it seems they want to save money by using less material, considering their XL sizes sell out immediately.
again, XL is a US large so it’s not too much to ask
