I received an email with a link to install Voiply to access my existing residential account. The email says nothing about Voiply forcing me into an extra line. Voiply so far is 100% useless since I cannot even login to my account without first accepting a 7 day free trial to add an extra unneeded line to my account. I like my this app service but I have to login to the website to get voicemail which is a pain in the neck. I was hoping Voiply would make it easier with biometric sign-in like face-ID etc, but it does not. Very disappointed to see this app go in this direction attempting to force added services on a paying customer like myself. 👎
Unable to do a three-way call. Also unable to transfer calls. Not a good start here. I do subscribe to business service and had a good signal at the time.

Voiply stinks:
1. Has to be reinstalled monthly according to Support, so it can continue to function. No one bothered to mention this “feature” until I complained of failures.
2. Doesn’t maintain its call history when reinstalled.
3. Doesn’t show or play received messages remotely from Voiply .
My feeling is that Voiply is therefore USELESS.
