I am unable to make an account because when I go to register, the “birthday” area auto populates 9/4/2008. It doesn’t let you type or select any other date. Can’t even get past the sign up page. Wow.

Log in with phone number, says no cards associated with phone number. So log in with card number—app crashes and closes. Unusable.

ExtraMileRewards seems fine but the entire system seems flawed. You must check in on a tablet at the station but if you have a reward and choose to "Save it for later" then you don't receive a shield for your purchase. Chevron should just add a barcode to ExtraMileRewards that the cashier scans to record the purchase instead of this check in process that rarely works. The last 8 purchases I've made at chevron have not awarded any shields. Either go back to the cards or fix the system.
