Useless.. cannot access account without accepting free trial to add extra services!?

I received an email with a link to install this app to access my existing residential account. The email says nothing about the app forcing me into an extra line. The app so far is 100% useless since I cannot even login to my account without first accepting a 7 day free trial to add an extra unneeded line to my account. I like my Voiply service but I have to login to the website to get voicemail which is a pain in the neck. I was hoping this app would make it easier with biometric sign-in like face-ID etc, but it does not. Very disappointed to see Voiply go in this direction attempting to force added services on a paying customer like myself. πŸ‘Ž

Unable to do a three-way call. Also unable to transfer calls. Not a good start here. I do subscribe to business service and had a good signal at the time.
