just bought some LED strips & they won’t work at all!!!! I’m so mad it will connect on the app but lights won’t turn on with the app or remote.

I can’t even change the color. The only colors that work are yellow green and teal when I want a darker blue I can’t get that like the original blue that you get when you first get the controller but mine didn’t even come with a controller so I had to download the app after a few days the only color that I could use was green but then I started to play around with it all the way to see what colors I could use. I found out that I could use the colors yellow and teal which is what I said originally I really don’t want to take. These led lights down because I really like them. I feel as though they add more pizzazz to my room, but I might have to take them down. I see a lot of other people saying the same thing how the color is the same and how it won’t change to other colors and I’m wondering why they haven’t done something about this I mean The last update was seven months ago, so I’m wondering why there’s no update after seeing all these ratings…

I just got these LED strip lights and they were working fine and switching to the right colors with the app and remote but a couple hours later I tried it the the color were reversed or something? Like when I would press red on the remote it would come out as blue and same with other colors just not being the right one that I press. I unplugged it multiple times and it still doesn’t show the right color when I use the app or remote. It weird and I wish it wasn’t like that bc with the messed up colors it’s confusing, also to set times when it would light up/turn off doesn’t work. It changes every time I open the app. Overall even first downloading the app was confusing and annoying. Very nice lights in all though.

At first I used the app and it was working with my leds, but later on it didn’t…I unplugged it and haven’t used it for a WHILE. Now I plug it back it and open the app. It says it’s connected but it’s doesn’t work?? I try to change the colors but nothing. Why?? Please fix this idk what to do, the leds are brand new and on the box it said to download this app?
