The playlist are great but nobody actually invests in them, it’s all hindsight. Yeah I could make a playlist with Tesla that went up 500 %. It would say up 500 %, but I never invested with them a year ago or so. UX is very feminine, and does not cater to a large audience. Also I asked to intern there where the founders were very rude and uninterested, and give UNPAID interns work. Right a Y combinator backed company won’t give interns money. There is not enough data, and no good investors. Happy employees = solid business.

I have no comments about the app itself as I haven’t given myself the time to navigate but i’m sure it’s great. However they’re refusing to give me my money back. I mistakenly bought the subscription because I thought there would be a button for “confirm payment” or something as such, but it never popped up. I finished setting the account hoping it’d ask me to confirm the payment at the end but it didn’t, the payment was going through already. I contacted them immediately and they’re refusing to give me my money back. I haven’t even used the app and they seem to have a 24hr policy to get your refund back which I definitely met. Now they’re only offering me a 50% discount but $120 dollars can be a lot and it’d be 60 dollars I’d be losing on. They’re taking forever to respond although it says replies within 10 minutes. This has been extremely disappointing

My app glitched at the account creation page and the section that had the information about the fee disappeared when I switched to another app to check on something and returned to the app. Instead of taking me to the account creation page, it took me to the next step, so I assumed that the fee was not applicable to my account since I didn’t confirm or submit any approval for it. It automatically PROCEEDED ME to the next screen and I thought this would mean my account is just a demo i.e. no investing capabilities. I spoke with support and they aren’t even helping me cancel future subscriptions let alone get a refund for this one because mind you I HAVEN’T EVEN USED A SINGLE SERVICE FROM THEM. So you guys are going to charge $85 and dip? What an awful system.
