I am trying to cancel my Alinea account -- How do I do that and get my money back???
I never invested in Alinea but $120.00 was taken out of my checking account. I never authorized this transaction. I do not want money taken out of my account for this.
This company is a scam. I sent email within 24 hours I did not want to subscribe after not even filling out or completing to the end the application Money was still taken and continues to be removed I have countless emails showing this along with requests to stop! No phone number to speak to an agent is sketchy to say the least Do not invest in this scam, you will regret it!
I did not authorize $120 to be taken from my bank card. I have not had your product for over a year.. I would like a refund of my money.

The playlist are great but nobody actually invests in them, it’s all hindsight. Yeah I could make a playlist with Tesla that went up 500 %. It would say up 500 %, but I never invested with them a year ago or so. UX is very feminine, and does not cater to a large audience. Also I asked to intern there where the founders were very rude and uninterested, and give UNPAID interns work. Right a Y combinator backed company won’t give interns money. There is not enough data, and no good investors. Happy employees = solid business.

this app was advertised as a learning tool in investing, however, I just became more confused that in order to learn how to do it, it seemed i was required to invest money already. I downloaded this app because I noticed the good reviews and i was interested in LEARNING how to invest.
i didn’t realize upon creating an account I would automatically start a subscription of $120. i do not currently have the money to invest, so I was not planning to use the app to begin investing and $120 is substantial loss that I need back.
it seems that even in the other reviews of this app that other people experienced this, and I didn’t think there would be a wait time to get in touch with customer service on an APP? I’ve been waiting for an hour for “someone to come back online” but I needed this to be resolved immediately! I also notice that it is stated that they are unable to give refunds but this is such a scam!! So many people lost $120 for an app that they haven’t used. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to use this app unless you want to lose $120 for no reason.

As soon as you get into the app they immediately take out $200 from your account before you even agree to do anything or decide to even invest. This happened to me and of course i was in shock of $200 disappearing from my bank account especially because in a slot prepared for it and was only looking to explore the app as i did not have the funds at the time to invest. i asked for a refund in which they gave back but i never used the app after that and thought i deleted my account. To my surprise more than a year later i have been charged $120 out of nowhere when i don’t use the app and don’t even have it downloaded. I though i deleted my account the first time but i must have not. Again, im in shock from the disappearance of money from my bank and it’s at a time where i cannot financially support this. I’ve contacted them on the app and i get a response saying they’ll get back to me on the app or through email. It says that they’re “online”?? but they haven’t responded to me. It’s been 3 days and still nothing. Definitely don’t recommend with the way they just take money from your account without telling you. BIG SCAM!!
