Not sure what’s going on with this multi-app strategy for different regions, but neither of the apps work. Every time I search for a hotel in any location in either of the apps, it keeps giving an error saying “something went wrong with the search, please try again later”.

I don’t want to try again later, maybe never.

Qnd yet, I can sign in on their website, so my credentials are okay. I tried reinstalling 3x with the same result. RadissonHotelsStays is useless and I guess I cannot get 3000 points for using it, although I tried.

Writing a separate app for Americas meant that you’ll lose all my business there. So incredibly annoying.
Which executive has in their infinite wisdom decided that that was a good idea? This is value destroying for Radisson.

Is one app supposed to be used just in the United States and the other worldwide?

Radisson by far is my favorite hotel chain. They are the fastest growing hotel company in the market. They have amazing service an amazing team behind them. If you guys are a Hilton or a Marriott preferred Client I suggest that you should look into Radisson hotels. They are game changing. If you go to Radisson hotel tell them that Moin Kazi sent you.
