I actually really love the concept of heycollab and its functionality. However, heycollab has too many bugs especially to be paying for the subscription for it to not work on mobile devices. It constantly kicks me out heycollab when I select the new button and now when I logged in from a different team member account, heycollab opens then closes immediately. Highly frustrating. Will reach out to support again but if not I’ll be requesting a refund and moving on to something else.
I am enjoying the new redesign and the ability to create tasks right from the mobile phone. Besides work, I use heycollab for creating my keto dieting meals and invite me family to my recipes. I also use heycollab for my wedding preparation for my daughter. There are a lot of uses with this app. Thank you!
