Have long used the prior version without issue even though my VON is always active on my phone. Tried this new version and couldn’t get any store location info, which meant I couldn’t order. Double-checked my Location settings for the app, then checked the old app, and all was fine with those. Yet, nothing with the new app; did have my info. Suddenly thought, “Maybe it’s my VPN being active?” Paused the VPN and then the app gave me tons of store locations and menus. Turned the VPN on and it all disappeared. I won’t use this app until I don’t have to keep turning my VPN off and on. Don’t know why this changed.

The old version of the app included Apple Pay. It’s still on the App Store, so I’ll keep using it until it stops working. It doesn’t make sense to create a new app with less customer options. There are plenty of other food ordering apps that allow Apple Pay, and those apps take a larger cut of the profit. I recommend you add Apple Pay support into the new app. I’ll change apps so I can continue to use Apple Pay.

I keep changing the password to my new account and nothing seems to work. It is supposed to have at least 8 characters, upper and lower cases, numbers and a special character. Tried everything and it’s still not creating an account
