The phone keyboard is not showing up to put wifi info, can't configure the camera.
Couldn’t even set up my device. Conico just kept crashing during setup.
No way to connect the device because the wifi input box is not clickable.
I definitely do not recommend. They won’t even send me a “forgot password” link. Been trying for a month now.
Very disappointed
1. Conico doesn’t send me notifications. I do have them turned on. The entire reason I purchased this is to get notified of motion and sounds.
2. the sound is awful. I have it turned up to the loudest setting and can hardly hear it.
3. Conico is not very user friendly (which is fine if that was the only issue.
It literally worked for 34 seconds then we had to restart it and then it just beeped for 5 minutes and didn’t work don’t by it pls
Conico keeps disconnecting off my phone and keeps logging me out I wish there was a different app I could use for my phone so my camera which they connected

Setup fails when creating a new password. The device is unable to connect to the router 20 feet away. Can’t even use the thing. Don’t recommend getting this device.
Worked good for months for us, but then after an update, it states it can only use 2.4GZ of internet? Mine is higher and I haven’t been able to change it in router settings, so we’re not able to connect.
Conico just stopped sending me notifications , it wouldn’t notify me of any motion or sound , i reset it a few times deleted the cam and added it back and still i had to download , the MIPC app instead , this app fix your app you need a software update or something
Ever since they “updated”, it’s not working anymore.. Glad I didn’t waste too much money on the cameras!!
The sound is automatically on mute upon opening Conico . You have to press the sound button multiple times to hear anything. The device randomly disconnects from the Internet. I have to troubleshoot multiple times. Troubleshooting is loud and a lengthy. Not the best app. Needs a lot of work.
I got the cameras back in April and have thought maybe it was user error but no, I’ve followed all the protocols and instructions as directed. The video goes in and out, skips, but won’t allow you to skim or start where you like. Also, constantly getting network errors when all my other apps and devices are working fine
Camera disconnects itself from my network every 2-3 days and I have to spend two hours resetting the router, uninstalling and reinstalling Conico , and factory resetting the camera 27 times before it will connect again. When it is working, the motion alerts do not work. Complete and total waste of money on the camera. Do not recommend.
This is the worst app ever. I feel like I installed a virus in my entire home system. Do not buy these cameras. I need to return to amazing. Conico doesn’t work with 5G WHATTT. terrible just splurge and get a furbo

Not sure what everyone is complaining about. I set my this app WiFi camera up and Conico is working perfectly. Haven’t had any issues viewing the camera or controlling it remotely. Price for cloud storage also seems reasonable. Only desire is for the iPad app to work in landscape mode.
Easy to set up with my cameras and my WiFi network. It doesn’t crash and it’s usually pretty fast at connecting to my camera even when I’m at work. I’ve had conversations through the camera and was able to hear clearly. The video doesn’t lag either, I watched it and waved my hand in front of it at the same time to check the response and haven’t had any issues. I haven’t paid for cloud storage so I can’t comment on that.
Set up in a minute. Working as expected. Simple convenient, straightforward.
I paid twice for the cloud storage and it took my money !! It keeps saying it’s unpaid ! I have the bank statements!! Conico is a joke
Conico keeps crashing. every 5 minute.
I cannot create an account. Every time I try, it just spins. So now I have to send my device back to Amazon and hope to find a working app and device. 😒
